Romanian authorities seize nearly $2 Million in counterfeit luxury goods

Between January 14 and February 5th, alone, Romanian officials seized upwards of $1.8 million in fake designer goods originating from China and destined for companies in Ukraine, Germany, and Romania, according to World Intellectual Property Review. The goods consisted of footwear, eyewear, undergarments and other accessories, which were manufactured to look like they were authentic Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Michael Kors, Porsche, and BMW goods.
