Chef Alain Ducasse Opens a New Restaurant in Hong Kong

pChef Alain Ducasse has opened a new restaurant, at Intercontinental Hong Kong, called Rech by Alain Ducasse. The Rech is an outpost of a popular seafood space based in Paris since 1925, that goes with the same name. Similar to the original one, the Hong Kong property also serves top quality seafood prepared with a modern twist.andnbsp;/p pandnbsp;/p pandnbsp;/p p style="text-align: center;"/p pandnbsp;/p pandnbsp;/p pThe space is designed by French architect Marie Deroudilhe who revamped the Parisian Rech a few years ago.
