Dubai developer has announced the rebranding of its flagship development in the emirate which will feature the Trump International Golf Club Dubai as its centrepiece.
Previously known as Akoya by Damac and sprawling over 42 million square feet, the master development has been renamed Damac Hills and features Dubai’s latest addition to the golfing scene.
Niall McLoughlin, senior vice president, Damac Properties, said: “Damac Hills is our flagship community that is rapidly taking shape and on its way to becoming an aspirational residential address on Dubai’s map, with a prestigious golf course at its epicentre.
“In celebration of the opening of its doors to new residents and soon-to-open golf club, we felt the name ‘Damac Hills’ elevates the brand, signifying refinement and sophistication.
“As a company, we feel it best encapsulates our sense of pride in this incredible development and marks our successful foray into master planned communities.”
Damac Hills will feature over 4,000 luxury villas and 7,500 condominiums in addition to hospitality, luxury shopping, spa and wellness facilities and leisure, along with food and beverage components.
