Oman’s well respected Al Bustan Palace, a Ritz-Carlton Hotel, has announced plans for an extensive renovation project, which is due to further highlight the luxury property’s role as a symbol of Omani culture and hospitality.
Beginning in Spring 2017, the renovation project will take place in phases and will conclude in early 2018. Overseeing this game-changing project will be creative design firm, WATG, and its interior design studio, Wimberly Interiors.
The project entails a complete refreshment of the property’s 200 guest rooms and 50 suites; the resort’s main guest arrival porte cochere; meetings and events spaces; the lobby lounge; the grand ballroom; and the all-day dining restaurant. Adding to this, the hotel’s recreation and fitness centres will be refreshed and upgraded with state-of-the-art equipment.
