Switzerland’s watch exports declined in November, data from the Federation of the Swiss Watch Industry FH showed Tuesday. Exports decreased 5.6% year-on-year to CHF 1.86 billion in November. The decline was driven again by precious metal watches.
The main markets were down overall in November. Watch industry exports to Hong Kong remained practically stable. On the other hand, the US registered one of its worst results of the year after March.
Meanwhile, the UK remained one of the few positive markets in Europe. China rose once again after August and October.
