Following the acquisition by G-III Apparel Group, Donna Karan CEO Caroline Brown and Creative Directors Maxwell Osborne & Dao-Yi Chow have announced they would step down from the company. G-III Apparelis a group with an annual turnover of US$2,34 billion which controls Vilebrequin, Andrew Marc, Bass, G.H. Bass and G-III Sports by Carl Banks.
In July, G-III Apparel Group acquired Donna Karan from LVMH.
