Trisara Phuket reopens in December following extensive renovations

Trisara resort will reopen in December following extensive renovations from Bangkok-based studio P49 Deesign. Surrounded by lush vegetation, the beach property, owned and operated by the Pattamasaevi family’s Montara Hospitality Group features 39 pool villas and 20 residences.

The new 1,453-square-foot Ocean View Pool Junior suites are outfitted with an infinity pool and reflection pool, 750-square-foot decks, lime-washed teak wood , and elegant Thai silk. Located on the resort’s highest level, the suites maximize panoramic views and breezes. The 2,475-square-foot Signature Ocean View Pool suites will house ensuite bathrooms, a combined living and dining area, and a 30-foot-long infinity pool.

Oceanfront accommodations range from the 2,583-square-foot Ocean View Pool and Ocean Front Pool one-bedroom villas—both of which include 1,033-square-foot bedrooms and 32-foot infinity pools—to the larger multibedroom residences, which feature fully equipped kitchens along with expansive teak decks, outdoor showers, and fecund gardens. The villas are each assigned designated resort hosts who create tailor-made experiences for visitors.

The refreshed Jara Spa will draw on a five-pillar wellness philosophy inspired by the century-old Ficus tree that surrounds the facility. Designed in-house, new restaurant PRU will offer locally sourced, farm-to-table fare, while the oceanfront Seafood at Trisara restaurant has also been relaunched with a new look from P49.
