Parisian luxury concept store L’Eclaireur is set to open its first U.S. store in Los Angeles in the Hollywood Design District. The store at 450 N. Robertson Blvd. is expected to open Sept. 9, placing it in the same block as H. Lorenzo and Bel Bambini.
“Los Angeles is a new moment for us to challenge ourselves and this city by introducing our perspective on design, not available in L.A. or the United States today — a truly global one, and of the highest quality,” Armand Hadida said.
L’Eclaireur currently counts five stores in Paris selling apparel and design goods. The first of those spaces opened in 1980, where the concept bowed in space shared with an art gallery on the Champs-Élysées.
The Los Angeles residential space will be a backdrop to display furniture and other design pieces, many of those limited-edition or one-of-a-kind objects. It will also boast a gallery and a third-floor event space.
