Brunello Cucinelli reports 9,7% increase in first quarter revenues

Brunello Cucinelli reports for the first quarter 2016 an increase in revenues of 9.7% to 219.8 million euro, with a particular increase of 6.9% on the Italian market.

“The exercise ended with very positive results that represent that constant, solid and balanced growth” said the president and Brunello Cucinelli. A trend that is projected in an equally brilliant closing the perspective of the year 2017 and in a positive, as evidenced by the orders intake for spring-summer 2017.

But it is not only Italy, with its 39.5 million revenues in the six months that shined. Europe, in fact, showed a growth of 8.3% to 68.4 million, North America advanced by 9.7%, to 76.4 million, while mainland China and the rest of the world advanced by 15% to 13,7 million and 17.1% to 21.8 million. Both distribution channels showed positive performance with retail at + 17.4% to 99.6 million and wholesale by 1.2% growth for 22.2 million euro.
