Sbe has announced a collaboration with Atlanta-based development group the Trillist Companies to launch the new SLS Atlanta Hotel & Residences along with sbe’s development subsidiary Dakota Development. When it debuts in 2019, the Atlanta location will be the 14th SLS Hotel & Residences in the brand’s growing pipeline. The concept will officially launch this June in Miami, with locations in the Bahamas, Philadelphia, Washington, DC, and Argentina to follow. The portfolio is anticipated to encompass 3,900 guestrooms and 1,600 residences across the globe by 2019.
The multifunctional project will be situated in the heart of Midtown Atlanta, boasting 213 guestrooms, 56 residential condominiums, and an array of F&B options and event venues. Condos will range in size from 1,600 to 4,000 square feet, housing a mixture of two, three, and four bedrooms. The property will be a short distance from attractions such as Piedmont Park, the Woodruff Arts Center, the High Museum of Art, and the city’s forthcoming Peachtree Street retail corridor.
