The 293-room M Social Singapore hotel has debuted in Singapore’s riverside neighborhood of Robertson Quay. The new Millennium chain hotel is part of an integrated development project that also includes the luxury apartment project UP@Robertson Quay.
Guests are greeted by a giant cube and two playful peanut-shaped bronze sculptures situated along the driveway. Alabaster floors shimmer in the lobby while a long high table sits prominently in the reception area. The lobby will also be equipped with the country’s first self check-in kiosks.
Envisioned as an avant-garde laboratory, the hotel’s interiors feature custom design and artwork from French designer Philippe Starck. Four different guestroom configurations are available, each offering a modern and comfortable aesthetic through warm tones, elegant materials, and high ceilings. The Nicer Room features a private outdoor terrace, while the duplex-style Bigger Room includes full-height bay windows, a designated workspace, and a relaxation area. Housed in a separate wing of the hotel, Beast & Butterflies restaurant incorporates Spanish tiles on the floors.
