LVMH has announced the opening of the La Samaritaine for the end of 2018. The 70000 sqm department store is undergoing extensive renovation and reconstruction works. The complex will include 96 housing units, offices, a “Cheval Blanc” luxury hotel with 72 rooms and suites, a kindergarten of 80 places and a department store covering 21.000 sqm. The renovation and transformation works are estimated at an investment of 500.000 euros and will create 4400 jobs.
