Editors at Conde Nast Traveler have released their picks of the very best new hotels of 2016, from West Africa to Miami. For this year’s edition of Best New Hotels Hot List, the publication released the names of the 13 US hotels on Snapchat first, before unveiling the full hot list on the website.
