  • Gamberro: Chef Koldo Miranda owner of his former 1-michelin star restaurant in Asturias (Spain) started a new culinary adventure in Bogota about five months ago. Gamberro goes back to the roots, mixing Mediterranean; Cantabrian and Creole flavors making it stand out from all other Spanish restaurants around the city. My favorite dish?
