The Indian-American business executive has also made it to the real estate headlines by putting his home in Clyde Hill, Washington, on the market for $3.488 million.Microsoft’s 48 year old CEO had purchased the home in 2000 for $1.385 million.Built in 1963, the contemporary-style home has been renovated over the decades. Boasting of an industrial vibe, it features polished concrete and ceramic floors, vaulted ceilings and exposed steel beams.The 4,050 square feet open-space home includes, four bedrooms and three bathrooms, formal living and dining rooms, an eat-in kitchen, a family room and two fireplaces.A lofted office/library space, on the second floor, overlooks the living room area.Four bedrooms and three bathrooms include a master suite complete with a rain shower.Floor-to-ceiling windows offer panoramic views of Lake Washington, Mt. Olympus and the Seattle cityscape.
