After almost 11 years in the planning and an investment of 250 millio euros. Italian luxury department store Rinascente, owned by Thailand’s Central Retail Group, has opened its flagship store in Rome on Via Tritone. Most international luxury brands are present in a department store mix, mostly with corners and by product category. Louis Vuitton occupies a shop in shop on 2 floors known as Palazetto. The big absentee is Dolce & Gabbana which is only present with eyewear.
