Viceroy Hotel Group has announced the development of the Viceroy Buenos Aires, planned for the city’s massive mixed-use complex Madero Harbour. Designed by Uruguayan architect Carlos Ott, the 125-room hotel will house 30 residences to anchor the upscale urban community. The development will include 120 high-end retail outlets, world-class dining, nightlife, cinemas, and even a heliport.
The Viceroy Buenos Aires will feature a signature restaurant, a chic bar and lounge, a pool, and spa, among other amenities. A rooftop space will be also be added, catering to both travelers and locals. The hotel is slated to make its debut in 2019.
Expanding its presence in Latin America, Viceroy has also announced the development of the Bocas del Toro Panama, which will be home to the region’s first luxury overwater villas.
