Interview: Neha Dhupia Supports a Special Charity Project by Kiehl's

p/p pandnbsp;/p pEach child in India could become an astronaut, a scientist, an artist, a change-maker or a contributor to building a strong India. It is this belief that urged Neha Dhupia to involve herself in a philanthropic collaboration with Kiehl's, supporting the noble Teach For India foundation. Urging likeminded folks to realise the potential in each child born in India, as part of this project, Kiehl's, with Neha's support, will retail a special edition of its Ultra Facial Cream, donating 100 per cent of its proceeds to charity, all of this month./p pandnbsp;/p pstrongThe Project/strong/p pKiehl's is one of the few beauty brands that have been actively undertaking charity project since inception. Neha's inclination towards philanthropy isn't unknown either; the actress has previously worked with Shiksha Foundation and Pratham. Evidently excited, she speaks about the association, "My family, especially my parents, have supported me and have contributed to getting me where I am today. We do not get to choose the family that we are born into; but the family the child is born into should not determine her destiny either. And Teach For India does that. It builds a movement of leaders to eliminate education inequity in India. And every action, big or small can make a difference. So, I chose to collaborate with Kiehl's as they support this cause actively."/p p style="text-align: center;"andnbsp;/p p/p pandnbsp;/p pstrongThe Process/strong/p pNeha didn't just lend her name to the project; she has also been closely involved in every aspect of it. She has met the children from Teach For India foundation, spent time with them and even designed the product cover with them. She adds, "Through the label designing for Ultra Facial Cream and the photo shoot, I got the chance to interact and spend some quality time with the kids; it was absolutely wonderful." Highlighting a cause she feels for, she further adds, "One of the children's causes that I am most passionate about is raising awareness about education. It is one factor that changes a person's mindset and ability to do well in life. You will see the immediate difference."/p pandnbsp;/p pemWhat is your daily skin care regime?/em/p p"I keep my skin clean by cleansing, toning and moisturising on a regular basis. I use baby oil for removing make up as it nourishes my skin. I prefer using organic and natural products, and make sure to consume a good amount of water; it helps my skin stay healthy and hydrated.
