Thom Browne has recently opened its second freestanding location in Europe, and it continues an ongoing collaboration with architect Flavio Albanese. Located in London’s Mayfair district at 3 Albermarle Street, the store covers 1,500 sqft and features an austere and refined gray palette of gray, white, and black to hone focus on the men’s and women’s ready-to-wear and accessories. The store design takes inspiration from mid-century office interiors, and details include metal slat blinds, fluorescent tube lighting and polished marble floors.
Thom Browne, which took investment from Sandbridge Capital in May 2017, will continue its retail rollout with four locations in China planned for later this year, as well as a store in Busan, South Korea.
