Bvlgari takes over Galeries Lafayette Paris

Bvlgari will be breathing a whiff of dolce vita into Paris by dressing all the windows of Galeries Lafayette in the colours of its latest collections, including limited editions, based on the theme of Cinema.

In an unprecedented showcase collaboration, the Roman jeweller will dress all 14 window displays on Boulevard Haussmann in an explosive theme, inspired by Italian cinema of the 60s, which first made the Roman House famous during that time.

Inside, there will be a pop-up store at the Rue Mogador entrance in the style of a colourful, enchanting and picturesque carousel, presenting the house’s limited editions.

A colourful carousel, outlined in a row of lights, the Bulgari Pop (Up) Corn invites you to a flashy premiere. The space mixes cinema trademarks with those of the Roman designer and presents limited editions of its jewellery, watches, leather goods and sunglasses.

The 11 windows along Boulevard Haussmann will immerse you in the world of cinema, playing with shapes, colours and codes with mischief and sophistication.

Serpenti bags will be dotted amongst viewers, pieces of jewellery and watches will adorn the pop-corn machines, the Diva and Serpenti collections will put on their own show and bottles of Rose Goldea await the intermission at the ticket office.

The Divas’ Dream collection is reinterpreted with a rose gold, diamond and pink opal pendent. This is a red carpet debut for this precious stone that has never been used before in this model. It’s fanned shape evokes the make-up of Elizabeth Taylor in her role as Cleopatra in the Cinecitta studios.

A Bulgari watch icon, the Serpenti watch has been reworked again, but with just as much elegance. In this unique version, its dial uses pink mother of pearl usually reserved for the jewellery lines. There is a unique model in rose gold with a double-twist leather strap in Sunset Rose and a genuine rubellite winding mechanism. Like a message sealing a love story, Paris Limited Edition is engraved on its back.

At Bulgari, the serpent slithers over several creations, especially its leather goods collections: four Serpenti bags have been designed with panache and novation.
